Do contract reviews take a long time?
The review process takes between 1 and 2 working days, unless you select the same-day delivery option. When ordering same-day delivery, you must place your order before 1pm CAT in order for it to be delivered that day.
How will the review be conducted?
The agreement / document will include comments outlining all the points of concern that we need to bring to your attention, along with any possible changes or pushbacks you need to make.
In the event that the review finds that my contract/document needs to be changed, how should I proceed?
It may be necessary to amend your document after the review, but we will quote you separately for this. There is no requirement to accept this quote, and you are free to decline it.
Are amendments to the contract or document also included in the review process?
It is not typical for us to make actual amendments to contracts or documents in the course of our reviews, as we typically point out issues and concerns as opposed to actually making our own changes. In some cases, we may make minor changes.
